Draw, winner and HiveProof LIVE

The winner is selected through the committed-seed and fixed-pool process described on the fairness page. Eligibility and entry validity are checked before prize fulfilment. If this competition is presented through HiveProof LIVE, the winning entry is selected and securely fixed before the public countdown.
