1. Pick a draw
Each competition page shows the prize, closing time, ticket price, maximum ticket supply, entry limit and any advertised cash alternative. Read those significant conditions before entering.
2. Enter online or by post
Paid entries use Hive Credit. A free postal entry route is also available for every relevant draw and is shown alongside the paid route. A valid postal entry is treated the same way as a paid entry when prizes are allocated.
3. Get your ticket numbers
Every valid entry receives a normal WinHive ticket number. Paid tickets appear in your account immediately. Postal entries are added after they arrive and are checked against the published postal requirements.
4. The draw closes
When the advertised closing time passes, online entry stops. Timely postal entries are processed before the eligible ticket list is fixed for the draw.
5. A winner is selected
WinHive uses a recorded computer process built around a committed cryptographic seed and a fixed ticket manifest. The winner-selection calculation receives the fixed ticket list only; it does not know whether a ticket came from the paid or postal route.
6. Result and prize
The winning ticket is recorded and the potential winner is contacted. After the required identity, age, residence and entry checks, the prize is fulfilled and the published result is added to the winners record.
